  Requirements for Admission

  Admission Fee

  PreK - Must be potty trained prior to the start of school and 3 years old on or before September 1.

  Kindergarten - Pre-kindergarten recommendation and 5 years old on or before September 1.

  Grades 1 - 8 - A recommendation from the homeroom teacher or from the math and language arts teachers.

  Required Documents:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptismal Certificate
  • Immunization Record signed by physician
  • Current report card - student must score satisfactory or above in conduct
  • Most recent stardarized test - student must score 50% or above in all areas
  • Signed release form for grades and test scores to be sent from previous school
  • Teacher recommendations from our Mastery Lists
  • Social Security number
  • Special needs form
  • Application/ registration forms
  • Parishioners registered with St. Mary Church must include their church envelope number.

  Admission to the St Mary Catholic School (School) is based on class capacity, the availability of resources as well as the developmental, scholastic and behavioral qualifications of applicant. All applicants are required to participate in the School’s admission interview/screening process. The School Principal has final authority over all admission decisions and may waive any admissions criterion at his/her discretion.

  Special education, remedial English as Second Language, modified pace, and behavioral modification programs are NOT offered at the School. Continued enrollment in the school is contingent upon a student’s ability to meet academic and behavioral standards. The School reserves the right to make this determination at any time.

  Before & After School Day Program

  St. Mary’s Before & After School Day program is available to all students enrolled at St. Mary Catholic School. It operates every day that school is in session, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.

  The Before & After School Day program is designed with a relaxed change of pace in mind. The freedom from curricular routines provides students with opportunities to develop self-expression and decision-making. A quiet, supervised study hall is provided for elementary students after 3:00 pm.

  Our mission is to provide a Chrisitian environment for a quality-care, before and after school program as a service to working parents in the school community. We recognize the need for stability in children’s lives and offer this supervision before and after school in an ongoing program matching the mission of the school.

  A summer School Day program is offered as a continuity to the school year.
